Happy Halloween! 20 Celebrity Families Hit The Pumpkin Patch

Every year, we can't wait to see the festive pics of our favorite celebrity tots picking out the perfect pumpkins at the infamous Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch - which has been compared to a "red carpet event" - in West Hollywood, Calif.
